Enrollment in the registry is voluntary and governed by community consent. Members decide what information is public, community-only, or private.
3 — Cultural Property
Ceremonial knowledge, oral histories, and cultural records remain the property of the community. Use of sensitive materials requires explicit approval.
4 — Support Structure
Donations fund language classes, scholarships, micro-grants, and archival preservation. All funds are tracked, reported, and published for transparency.
5 — Timeline & Communication
Updates, reports, and community meetings are held regularly. Timelines for grants, scholarships, and projects are shared openly.
6 — Confidentiality
Family records and sensitive documents are encrypted and governed by strict data sovereignty rules. Consent determines all levels of access.
7 — Rights & Withdrawal
Members may withdraw or update records at any time. Shared materials can be removed on request, and privacy rights are fully honored.
Accountability
All work is reported openly through impact dashboards, budgets, and published briefs. We operate with respect for Apache sovereignty and the rights of all families.
